Return and Refund policy

We meticulously craft and package every My Turmerick Secret product with the utmost care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare items, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare event that your product arrives damaged from delivery.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Our Refund Guarantee: Damage and Error Only
Refunds are strictly limited to instances where:
a. The product arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
b. The product received is incorrect (not the item you ordered).
Please note: We cannot offer refunds for a change of mind, personal dislike, dissatisfaction with results, allergic reactions (as skin responses are highly individual), or shipping issues arising from an incorrect address provided during checkout.
2. Requesting a Refund
Damage & Incorrect Item Reporting Process
To initiate a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps precisely:
1. Immediate Notification: You must email us at info@myturmericksecret.com within 24 hours of receiving your My Turmerick Secret product.
2. Provide Evidence: Your email must include clear images and an unboxing video that clearly demonstrate the damage or show the incorrect item received.
⚠️ Requests made beyond this 24-hour timeframe cannot be accepted, as this closes our window for raising claims with the shipping partner.
3. Verification: The damage/defect must be clearly evident in the submitted photos and video for your claim to be accepted.
Return & Inspection Guidelines
Once your claim is validated and approved:
a. Proper Packaging: Any approved return must be shipped back in the original box and safety packaging it arrived in. Failure to return the item in proper condition and packaging will result in the return being disqualified, and the product will be reshipped back to you.
b. Condition of Product: Returns will be immediately rejected if the product has been used, opened, or tried, and/or if the serial number has been tampered with.
c. Final Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect the product to validate the claim.
d. Approved Return: An eligible replacement product will be shipped to you.
e. Ineligible Return: The product will be couriered back to your original address.
3. Refund Method & Timeline
a. Credit/Debit Card & Online Payments: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking). Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders originally paid via COD, the refund will be issued through a bank transfer. You will be contacted to provide the necessary bank account details (Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) to facilitate the transfer.
c. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
a. Used or Opened Skincare Items: Once a My Turmerick Secret product has been opened or used, it is ineligible for return.
b. Promotional Items: Free gifts, samples, promotional items, and trial packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Product Exchanges
As stated in our commitment to quality and hygiene, My Turmerick Secret maintains a strict no-exchange policy.
We do not offer exchanges for products purchased, except in the rare instance where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case a replacement of the exact same item will be issued after verification (see Damage & Incorrect Item Reporting Process).
6. Responsibility of the Customer
It is essential that you inspect your package thoroughly at the time of delivery:
a. Refuse Visible Damage: If the package or product is visibly damaged upon inspection before acceptance, we strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery from the shipping partner immediately.
b. Immediate Notification: If delivery is refused, please inform us right away so we can coordinate a replacement shipment.

7. Company's Rights
(My Turmerick Secret) reserves the following rights to ensure fairness and adherence to our policy:
a. Claim Denial: We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request if the returned product has been used, opened, tampered with, or if the claim fails to meet the strict conditions detailed in this policy.
b. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update this Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy at any time to reflect business changes or regulatory requirements.
