1. Shipping Coverage

We are pleased to ship all My Turmerick Secret products throughout India via our network of trusted delivery partners. We are unable to fulfill orders requiring international shipment at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation.

a. Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or public holidays will commence processing on the next immediate working day.

b. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as peak seasons, new product launches, or special promotional events, processing times may be subject to minor delays.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimated business days and begin once your order has been dispatched from our facility:

a. Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

b. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

c. Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: 7–10 business days

Please Note: These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions outside of our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is provided free of charge for all orders.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for bearing any additional charges or fees incurred post-dispatch, such as re-delivery fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a notification via email and/or WhatsApp containing your unique tracking number and details. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and location of your shipment directly through the designated courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers bear the sole responsibility for ensuring that they provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. My Turmerick Secret  is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Force Majeure

My Turmerick Secret shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the processing or delivery of your order caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, government restrictions, declared pandemics, natural disasters, or significant disruptions within the courier partner's operations.
